Deluxe Holiday Homes is one of the Middle East’s largest vacation-rental and property-management operators. We manage over 800 holiday homes and operate multiple business units including real estate, interior design, maintenance, warehousing, fleet, and wellness. Main Responsibilities:

  • Brand Messaging – Defines brand voice, tone, and storytelling across all materials.

  • Campaign Concepts – Plans and approves brand campaigns, themes, and seasonal creative direction.

  • Creative Team Leadership – Supervises designers, videographers, social host, and content creation.

  • Social Media & PR – Oversees social media calendar, posting quality, captions, and PR coordination.

  • Content Quality – Approves all visuals, videos, and text before publishing to ensure brand consistency.

  • Listings Presentation – Ensures photography, descriptions, and amenities match brand standards.

  • Campaign Execution – Translates creative ideas into posts, ads, and promotional activities with the team

  • Brand Guidelines & Assets – Maintains templates, visual standards, and consistency across materials.

  • Collaborations & Partnerships – Manages influencer, PR, and co-branding opportunities.

  • Corporate Image – Ensures professional, aspirational image for all company departments and projects.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate.

  • Strong expertise in marketing branding.

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5+ people with measurable results.

  • Skilled in balancing creative leadership with data-driven performance.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Business Development.
