About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business and Data Analyst to join our Deluxe Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and driving business strategies to enhance our operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Business Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform data quality checks and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
• Predictive Modeling & AI: Use statistical techniques and AI to develop predictive models and perform hypothesis testing.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, translating them into data-driven solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and business recommendations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
