Job description

Deluxe Holiday Homes is a UAE-based property management company expanding into Saudi Arabia. We are hiring a Saudi national to originate and close management agreements with building owners, portfolio landlords, family offices, developers and large residential asset owners. This role is focused on large portfolio / building-level partnerships, not single-unit sourcing.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and win building owners, multi-unit landlords, developers, family offices and institutional owners for short-term rental / holiday home management agreements

  • Build a qualified pipeline through direct outreach, broker networks, referrals, field visits and owner relationships

  • Lead meetings, presentations, financial proposals and commercial negotiations through signature

  • Assess asset fit, scale, readiness and onboarding potential

  • Manage CRM pipeline and hand over signed properties to onboarding and operations teams

  • Maintain strong owner relationships and drive repeat portfolio growth

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Saudi national; fluent Arabic and English; valid Saudi driving license

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships or sales in property management, hospitality, serviced apartments, real estate brokerage, developer relations, asset management or investment sales

  • Proven track record closing management agreements or building / portfolio-level real estate deals

  • Existing network in Riyadh with building owners, portfolio landlords, developers, brokers, family offices or asset managers

  • Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills with senior decision-makers

  • Comfortable with field sales, owner meetings and long-cycle deal making

  • CRM proficiency; understanding of Saudi short-term rental / tourism accommodation rules is a plus

  • Must have closed multi-unit or building-level deals

  • Must have sold to owners/investors, not tenants or retail buyers
