Deluxe Holiday Homes™ is seeking a talented Content Specialist to join our ongrowing Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and ensuring the quality of our content across various platforms. The Content Specialist will play a key role in motivating the team, developing content strategies, and staying current with industry trends to enhance our client’s business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Motivate the team to foster a collaborative, innovative, and ambitious environment.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email, social media, and the company website.
  • Stay current with content and technology trends and evaluate their impact on client businesses.
  • Assist in quality assurance for content development.
  • Contribute to formulating and implementing cross-platform content strategies.
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new content ideas and strategies.
  • Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
  • Track web analytics to measure content engagement levels and effectiveness.
  • Perform consistently against all published KPI’s and scorecard objectives.
  • Monitor high-performance content brands for case studies and best practices.
  • Support participation in regional and global industry awards.
  • Write, present, and publish thought leadership pieces in industry portals.
  • Assist in leading multiple products & services within the company’s verticals.
  • Support high tier scores in client evaluations year after year.
  • Present, design, or facilitate technical workshops for the team and clients.
  • Assist in the content approval process with clients, collaborating with creative and art direction leads as necessary.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation, editing, and management.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • In-depth understanding of content and technology trends.
  • Proficiency in managing content across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and the ability to analyze and act on data insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
