We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

  • Handle customer complaints and work to find effective solutions

  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
