We are seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Yerevan, Armenia. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others. This role requires the ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.


  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience during every interaction.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, as well as initiate outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather information, or provide updates.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to share information, address customer concerns, and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistency in customer interactions and maintain service quality standards.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and service level agreements.

Job requirements


  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages would be plus).
  • Genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, technologies, and responsibilities.
