Draftsman / Documentation Coordinator (AutoCAD, Revit) - Fit-Out Projects (Offices & Villas)

About the Role:

The Draftsman / Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for high-end office and villa fit-out projects. The role includes managing and supervising the project's documentation repository, ensuring drawing quality control, coordinating with consultants, and preparing detailed architectural and MEP drawings upon request to clarify complex technical requirements for the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Develop detailed MEP drawings based on project requirements and coordinate revisions following NOC (No Objection Certificate) comments and authority approvals.

• Collaborate with designers, architects, suppliers, and consultants to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and resolve technical queries.

• Prepare detailed architectural and MEP drawings upon request (RFIs) to clarify complex technical details for construction teams.

• Liaise with consultants for approvals, technical clarifications, and compliance with project standards.

• Conduct regular QC checks on drawings and documents to ensure accuracy, compliance with design intent, and adherence to project standards.

• Maintain and manage drawing records, revisions, and version control in line with documentation protocols.

• Arrange, organize, and supervise the project's documentation repository (digital and/or physical) to ensure all drawings, approvals, and revisions are easily accessible and properly archived.

• Assist in preparing 3D models and visualizations using Revit for design presentations.

• Support preparation of material take-offs and BOQ support drawings based on BIM management practices.

• Conduct site visits for measurement verification, coordination, and technical support when needed.

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years experience in fit-out projects (offices, luxury villas).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and Revit (3D modeling).

• Knowledge of BIM processes for drawing production and documentation management.

• Experience preparing MEP drawings and handling NOC-related revisions.

• Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage documentation systematically.

• Effective communication and coordination skills across consultants, suppliers, and site teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Enscape (advantageous).

• Background in luxury interior fit-outs for villas and corporate offices, from core-and-shell stage to final handover.

• Basic MEP coordination knowledge.
