About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Learning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing our eLearning courses, uploading and organizing content, developing quizzes and assessments, and supervising the growth and usage of our ELMS system. This role is crucial in ensuring that our employees receive high-quality, engaging, and effective training.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning courses and instructional materials that meet educational and training objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and integrate relevant content.
• Upload and manage educational materials, videos, and other multimedia resources in the ELMS system.
• Ensure all content is accessible, well-structured, and aligns with learning objectives.
• Develop quizzes, tests, and assessments to evaluate learning outcomes and track employee progress.
• Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to create interactive and comprehensive evaluations.
• Monitor the ELMS system usage and performance to ensure it meets the training needs of employees.
• Provide technical support and training to employees on how to use the ELMS effectively.
• Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve the learning experience and system functionality.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the ELMS.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with company goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of multimedia production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive content.
• Ability to evaluate learning outcomes and effectiveness.
• Skills in data collection and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with SMEs and other team members.
