Deluxe Homes L.L.C (Yerevan, Armenia) is a distinguished IT subsidiary-company of a Dubai-based, leading vacation rentals operator - Deluxe Holiday Homes™ (www.deluxehomes.ae).

We are seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Guest Registration & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Yerevan, Armenia. As a Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee guest registrations, regulatory compliance, documentation management, and operational coordination to ensure efficient and compliant guest accommodation processes.. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others. This role requires the ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate guest arrival and departure schedules.

  • Send pre-arrival reminders to guests and ensure timely submission of required forms and identification documents.

  • Process and manage guest registrations received via email and designated online portals.

  • Complete and maintain DTCM registrations in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of guest documentation and registration records.

  • Coordinate with security representatives, community management, and relevant authorities to resolve registration-related issues.

  • Maintain organized records of registrations, approvals, correspondence, and compliance documentation.

  • Prepare and submit daily operational and registration status reports to management.

  • Follow up on pending registrations and ensure guest information is updated promptly.

  • Support guest onboarding activities and administrative compliance procedures.

  • Update financial details for tentative bookings received through booking portals.

  • Manage community, portal, and DTCM registration updates for booking extensions, cancellations, and shortened stays.

  • Process guest viewing requests, move-in and move-out procedures, and movers' access registrations.

  • Review and adjust DTCM reconciliation discrepancies and financial variances.

  • Create and assign tasks to the Listing Team when property information is incomplete in the PMS system.

  • Escalate cases received from communities to the Landlord Support Team.

  • Assist management with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages would be plus).

  • Genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to empathize with customer needs.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems.

  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, technologies, and responsibilities.

  • Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work effectively within a team.
