About the Role:
As a Landlord Support Executive at Deluxe Holiday Homes you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met, and coordinating communication between owners and our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a positive candidate experience that aligns with our brand and values.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques
Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Job requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
