Responsibilities:

Property Handover & Termination Formalities

  • Manage and oversee the physical handover process of all terminated properties, ensuring a seamless transition between Deluxe Holiday Homes and the landlord or their representative.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed handover checklists and documentation for each property.

  • Coordinate with the concerned landlord to schedule handover appointments and ensure clear communication of timelines and requirements.

  • Ensure all keys, access cards, remote controls, and relevant documents are collected, recorded, and handed over properly.

  • Maintain an accurate log of all handovers for internal tracking and reporting.

Pre-Handover Inspection & Issue Resolution

  • Conduct thorough pre-handover inspections of all properties scheduled for handover.

  • Identify and document any issues, damages, or pending responsibilities under Deluxe Holiday Homes’ scope.

  • Re-inspect the property to verify all works have been completed to standard before final handover.

  • Prepare a detailed inspection and handover report to be signed by both parties.

 

Property inspections Prior to Owner Stays

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and readiness for owner visits or stays.

  • Verify that all utilities, amenities, and facilities are fully functional and in excellent condition for owners.

  • Document each inspection with photos and detailed reports to maintain clear property history and records.

  • Conduct post-owner-stay inspections to ensure the property remains in optimal condition and address any immediate concerns.

Owner Stays Management & Check-In Assistance

  • Personally oversee or assist with owner check-in formalities, including:

  • Welcoming the landlord or their representative.

  • Explaining property features and amenities.

  • Ensuring all utilities, access cards, and facilities are in working order.

  • Handle any special requests made by the owner to enhance their stay experience.

  • Conduct post-stay inspections to confirm the property remains in good condition after owner departures.

Internal Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Escalate any delays or challenges to the direct supervisor to avoid disruptions in handover schedules.

  • Ensure that the property is fully ready cleaned, cleared, and free of liabilities prior to the official handover.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the company’s property management system.

  • Provide regular status updates and reports on handover progress to management.

  • Support landlords by ensuring transparency and professionalism throughout the handover process.

  • Contribute to continuous process improvements within the Landlord Relations function.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a guest relations or Directly handled property owners experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and Additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

  • Familiarity with hotel management software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and support colleagues when necessary.

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be having UAE Driving license and Own Car
