As part of our next phase of growth, we are elevating our Landlord Relations division into a portfolio-based leadership model designed to enhance relationship quality, protect portfolio performance, and drive long-term value creation.

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially strong and structured Landlord Relationship Supervisor to lead one of our portfolio teams (Luxury or Regular division). This is a leadership position for a mature professional with advanced negotiation skills and strong case management capability. You will be responsible for maintaining portfolio stability, driving renewal performance, and leading a team of Relationship Managers. This role requires confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage complex landlord situations while protecting commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage a team of 4–6 Relationship Managers

● Drive landlord retention and renewal performance across the portfolio

● Handle complex complaint cases and sensitive escalations

● Intervene in high-risk renewal discussions when required

● Approve commercial adjustments within defined authority limits

● Conduct structured team briefings and coaching sessions (minimum twice weekly)

● Ensure proactive portfolio monitoring and early risk identification

● Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, and Finance teams to protect performance

Job requirements

Requirements:

● 5+ years experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or portfolio leadership

● Proven team leadership experience

● Strong negotiation and complex case management skills

● Commercial mindset with understanding of revenue performance drivers

● Fluent in English plus Arabic

● Calm under pressure, structured, and solution-oriented
