Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Lead Generation Agent to fuel our business development pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, and documenting landlord prospects. Working remotely, you will play a key role in initiating contact with potential clients and ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads for our on-site sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source new landlord leads through online property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), cold calling, social media, and other channels.

  • Conduct initial outreach via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp using company-approved scripts.

  • Qualify leads by verifying property ownership, assessing interest, and determining readiness to engage.

  • Accurately document all interactions and maintain lead data in HubSpot CRM.

  • Hand over qualified leads to the on-site business development team for follow-up and closing.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales is a plus (freshers may apply).

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects remotely.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic or Russian is an added advantage.

  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated, persistent, and target-driven.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

  • Number of leads sourced weekly.

  • Number of leads successfully qualified per week.

  • Contact-to-qualification conversion rate.

  • CRM data accuracy and completeness.
