Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Listing Administrator to manage and support the creation, maintenance, and coordination of property or product listings. The Listing Administrator will ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and published on time across multiple platforms while supporting the sales or operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and manage listings across designated platforms

  • Ensure all listing information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory standards

  • Coordinate with agents, sales teams, photographers, and marketing staff to gather listing details

  • Upload and manage photos, videos, descriptions, pricing, and documentation

  • Track listing statuses, updates, expirations, and renewals

  • Maintain organized digital and physical listing records

  • Respond to inquiries related to listings in a timely manner

  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to management

  • Assist with marketing materials related to listings, as needed

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in administrative support, listings, real estate, or sales coordination preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and listing platforms or CRM systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadline
