About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager at Deluxe Holiday Homes, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong brand presence, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective communication between the company and its target audience to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials, including online and offline communications.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Event Planning: Organize promotional events, product launches, and conferences to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop strategies to nurture existing customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Holiday homes or real estate field is a plus
