We manage over 800 holiday homes and operate multiple business units including real estate, interior design, maintenance, warehousing, fleet, and wellness. About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary in-house team (8–10 staff) plus outsourced specialists, ensuring that every investment delivers measurable ROI and supports occupancy, ADR, revenue growth, and new landlord acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital performance marketing and hospitality/real estate branding, and the ability to connect marketing directly with business results — while also being a capable team leader and mentor.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 professionals (designers, content writers, photographers, videographers, digital marketers).
Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability for each role.
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
Oversee allocation of resources across digital, offline, and creative channels.
Track hospitality and vacation rental industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
OTA Listings & Content
Direct optimization of property listings on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) to improve ranking and booking conversion.
Ensure listings are supported with premium photo, video, and copy standards.
Digital Marketing
Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance campaigns.
Monitor results against clear KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Ensure marketing spend is optimized for measurable business outcomes.
Social Media & PR
Lead content and engagement strategy across platforms.
Manage influencer collaborations, PR campaigns, and corporate branding.
Ensure social presence translates into lead generation and revenue impact.
Creative & Asset Production
Supervise the creative team to deliver top-quality photography, videography, and design.
Act as a producer to ensure assets align with brand positioning and drive bookings.
Offline Marketing
Oversee brochures, signage, expo participation, and offline campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure ROI-driven execution.
Landlord Acquisition & Business Growth
Partner with Sales & Business Development to design campaigns that generate new landlord leads and property acquisition opportunities.
Ensure landlord-focused marketing (ads, landing pages, campaigns) is aligned with company growth targets.
Provide analytics and reporting on landlord lead generation and acquisition funnel performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Ensure all marketing investments deliver measurable ROI.
Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance across channels.
Provide senior management with actionable insights and regular performance reports.
Job requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 in a managerial role.
Proven experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate.
Strong expertise in SEO, paid ads, and performance analytics.
Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5+ people with measurable results.
Skilled in balancing creative leadership with data-driven performance.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Business Development.
KPIs & Success Measures
OTA ranking improvements and booking conversion uplift.
ROI targets achieved across SEO, paid ads, and influencer campaigns.
Growth in direct bookings, web traffic, and lead conversion.
Number and quality of new landlord/property acquisition leads generated.
Strong team performance metrics: output quality, deadlines met, engagement scores.
Effective dashboards and reporting framework implemented.
