Job description
Role Summary
The Field Lead Acquisition Executive will visit residential buildings and communities to establish referral relationships with reception and security teams to generate landlord referrals for Holiday Homes.
Commission is paid only when the referred owner signs a management agreement. Candidate must have own car. Fuel and parking reimbursement provided as per policy.
Key Responsibilities
Building Visits & Referral Relationship Development
Visit assigned buildings daily according to the approved route plan.
Build strong, long-term relationships with reception/security teams.
Place and maintain QR referral cards at receptions.
Train reception/security staff on how to submit referrals.
2. Referral Collection & CRM Entry
Collect complete landlord referral details (name, phone, unit type, building, consent).
Submit all referrals through HubSpot the same day.
Ensure QR cards are used and monitored for activity.
3. Referral Pipeline Maintenance
Revisit buildings frequently to keep referral partners active.
Reactivate inactive buildings and staff who stopped sending referrals.
Track building performance and referral flow.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Provide daily and weekly logs of buildings visited and people engaged.
Follow up on missing details to support BD team’s contact effort.
Ensure all CRM entries meet required accuracy standards.
5. Compliance & Workflow Discipline
Maintain data accuracy and complete all CRM fields.
Follow route plans and productivity schedules.
Represent the company professionally in all building interactions.
Job requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Own car required + valid UAE driving license.
1+ year of field sales, canvassing, or real estate lead-generation preferred.
Strong communication; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot) and accurate data entry.
Resilient personality; comfortable walking and working outdoors.
