Join us to lead digital transformation across PMS, ERP, and AI projects. Gather real user needs in Dubai and convert them into working software with global dev teams.

Job description

Deluxe Holiday Homes is one of the largest short-term rental operators in the Middle East, managing over 800+ properties across Dubai. Our group has 250+ staff across UAE and Armenia, with 10+ years of operational and technological growth.

About the Role:

This role is the core translator between business needs and software execution. You will work on-site in Dubai with department heads and operations teams to extract problems, map processes, gather detailed requirements, and convert ideas into user stories, PRDs, workflows, and vendor deliverables. From PMS to ERP to AI implementation—you will support our entire digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Needs Discovery: Shadow frontline teams (Reservations, CS, GROs, Finance, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and digitization opportunities.

  • Process Mapping & Gap Analysis: Create “as-is” and “to-be” workflows to support automation, AI, ERP, and tech upgrades.

  • Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Analyze process metrics, generate charts, perform internal/external benchmarking to support feature prioritization.

  • PRD & Documentation: Write structured PRDs, user stories, wireframes, charts, and flow diagrams that reflect operational needs and business logic.

  • Project Coordination: Manage software and automation initiatives across PMS (SCALE), ERP (Oracle NetSuite), and AI-based tools (OpenAI, Make.com, Zapier).

  • Tech Team Bridge: Communicate Dubai-side business logic clearly to Armenian devs and vendors; assist with sprint planning, QA, and UAT.

  • Post-Go-Live Monitoring: Measure impact, track adoption, and iterate based on real results and user feedback.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary with performance bonus

  • Full exposure to PMS, ERP, AI and operational improvement projects

  • Supportive team culture that values lean thinking, ownership, and quality

  • A dynamic, growth‑oriented culture where you will build the compliance framework from the ground up

Job requirements

  • 4+ years as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in software, ERP, hospitality tech, or related SaaS domain

  • Demonstrated experience writing PRDs, user stories, and wireframes

  • Able to live inside operations: you must be physically present and understand the real-world workflows

  • Experience working between on-site business teams and remote developers/vendors

  • Familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar tools

  • Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong English (written + spoken); bonus for Arabic, Russian, or Armenian

  • Familiarity with hospitality, property management, real estate, or fintech is a plus

  • Basic understanding of SQL, Airtable, Google Sheets formulas, or APIs is preferred
