Product Manager

Deluxe Holiday Homes, a Dubai-based leading vacation rental and property management company, is expanding its footprint to Yerevan, Armenia. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our software products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities:

1. Define and communicate the vision for the company’s software products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Develop a strategy map to guide product evolution and long-term growth.

3. Create and maintain a product roadmap to prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.

4. Define baselines and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product decisions.

6. Define operational challenges of the company’s vacation rental business and recommend automation solutions to optimize processes.

7. Align cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, design, and business) around product priorities.

8. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Executional Responsibilities:

1. Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.

2. Document technical and functional specifications.

3. Prioritize the product backlog based on impact, effort, and business objectives.

4. Lead grooming sessions to refine requirements and clarify technical solutions.

5. Analyze product performance data and recommend optimizations.

6. Present product updates, demos, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

7. Foster collaboration across teams and ensure alignment on priorities.

8. Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and output.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment.

2. Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact.

3. Strong experience in writing clear product requirements and user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

4. Skilled in defining KPIs and success metrics, analyzing data, and optimizing product performance.

5. Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative product development.

6. Expertise in user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to inform product decisions.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.

8. Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills is a MUST.
