About you:

The ideal candidate should lead the strategy, development, and execution of our software products. They should collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency, directly shaping our technology’s future, enhancing guest experiences, property management, and driving business growth. 

About the role:

In the scope of this role, there are 3 main performance objectives identified:

1. Define and implement the product vision and roadmap to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

2. Convert strategic goals into clear product requirements and lead their delivery.

3. Promote collaboration across teams to ensure aligned and smooth product execution.

The 1st performance objective is to define and implement the product vision and roadmap to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

This means you will:

• Define and communicate the vision for the company’s software products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop a strategy map to guide product evolution and long-term growth.

• Create and maintain a product roadmap to prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.

• Define baselines and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives.

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product decisions.

• Define operational challenges of the company’s vacation rental business and recommend automation solutions to optimize processes.

The 2nd performance objective is to convert strategic goals into clear product requirements and lead their delivery.

This means you will:

• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Document technical and functional specifications.

• Prioritize the product backlog based on impact, effort, and business objectives.

• Lead grooming sessions to refine requirements and clarify technical solutions.

• Analyze product performance data and recommend optimizations.

• Present product updates, demos, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

• Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and output.

The 3rd performance objective is to foster effective collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and shared ownership of product goals.

This means you will:

• Make sure engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business teams communicate clearly and agree on goals and deadlines.

• Be the main contact for stakeholders to collect their needs, manage expectations, and share updates.

• Lead meetings like planning sessions, demos, and reviews to keep everyone on the same page.

• Find and fix any problems or disagreements that might slow down the work or affect quality.

• Help teams adopt new features and changes smoothly.

• Strong experience in writing clear product requirements and user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Skilled in defining KPIs and success metrics, analyzing data, and optimizing product performance.

• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative product development.

• Expertise in user research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to inform product decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive decision-making.

• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills is a MUST.
