Job description

Deluxe Holiday Homes is Dubai's leading vacation rental management firm, boasting a comprehensive suite of services that spans across vacation rentals, property management, real estate brokerage, and more. Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, refresh, and monitor property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle following each portal’s best-practice ranking rules.

  • Upload accurate photos, videos, captions, features, floor plans, and community tags for all DHRE properties.

  • Track listing performance (views, leads, ranking) and coordinate required improvements with photographers, content team, or agents.

  • Ensure all listings comply with Trakhees/RERA/DTCM/portal requirements (permits, titles, etc.).

  • Maintain the master list of all managed and brokerage properties (status, expiry dates, keys, documents).

  • Assist with connecting/disconnecting DEWA, Empower, Gas, Internet, and other utilities during onboarding or offboarding.

  • Prepare and send renewal / non-renewal reminders to tenants and follow up until confirmation.

  • Coordinate with landlords regarding approvals, renewals, documentation, invoices, and general updates.

  • Monitor tenancy contract expiry dates and ensure Ejari renewals are processed on time.

  • keep track of maintenance requests related to long-term properties and coordinate with DHRE’s maintenance team.

  • Handle document organization (title deeds, passports, Tawtheeq/Ejari, NOCs, receipts, offers, contracts).

  • Support brokers with required admin tasks (forms, listings updates, agreements).

  •  Answer basic tenant and landlord inquiries related to admin/renewal/listing matters.

  • Ensure all communication and data entry adhere to RERA regulations and DHRE’s internal processes.

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, tenants, landlords, and visitors in the DHRE office.

  • Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; direct inquiries to the correct team members.

  • Manage appointment scheduling for brokers, valuers, and management.

  • Maintain the front-desk area’s cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, courier packages, and key handovers.

  • Keep records of key movement, access cards, and office supplies.

  • Support daily office operations including printing, scanning, filing, and basic administrative support

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing property listings on Airbnb, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Booking,.com and Bayut. • 

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and online marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in using listing management tools and CRM systems.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and English writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
