Real Estate Listings Administrator

Deluxe Homes L.L.C (Yerevan, Armenia) is a distinguished IT subsidiary-company of a Dubai-based, leading vacation rentals operator - Deluxe Holiday Homes™ (www.deluxehomes.ae).

We are looking for a Real Estate Listing Administrator to join our team at our Yerevan, Armenia office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining property listings for the Dubai market across various platforms. Your duties will include ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information and supporting the team in meeting listing targets.

Note: New graduates are welcome to apply, and comprehensive training will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update property listings on various platforms including Property Finder, Dubizzle, and Bayut
• Create compelling property descriptions and engaging visuals to attract potential clients
• Optimize property listings for search engines to increase visibility and ranking
• Analyze market trends and competitor listings to enhance our properties' competitiveness
• Implement strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates from property listings
• Collaborate with Marketing team to align property listings with overall branding and promotional efforts
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from potential clients regarding property listings
• Regularly review and refine listing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Any bachelor degree holders, Freshers required.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and english writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
