Deluxe Homes L.L.C (Yerevan, Armenia) is a distinguished IT subsidiary-company of a Dubai-based, leading vacation rentals operator - Deluxe Holiday Homes™ (www.deluxehomes.ae).
Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Property Listings Admin to manage and update property listings for the Dubai market across various platforms. The role involves ensuring accurate property descriptions and visuals, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining listing quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing property visibility, supporting lead generation, and adhering to organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and update property listings on the company website and external platforms (e.g., PropertyFinder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Booking.com, Airbnb).
Verify that property photos and descriptions are accurate and complete before listing.
Coordinate with Business Development, Onboarding, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication regarding new property details.
Update property information and rates as needed, ensuring all changes are reflected in a timely manner.
Ensure that all property listings feature high-quality visuals and comprehensive descriptions.
Organize property photos by creating and maintaining well-structured folders.
Liaise with photographers to manage property image uploads.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team (Content Writer) to produce engaging and accurate property descriptions.
Maintain an up-to-date listing sheet/tracker to monitor properties that need to be listed, updated, or removed.
Set regular targets and action plans for managing listings efficiently.
Adhere to company quality standards and processes for all property listings.
Respond to inquiries and feedback from property owners about property listings.
Analyze market trends and competitor listings to ensure the competitiveness of our properties.
Work with the Marketing team to ensure property listings align with the company’s branding and promotional efforts.
Regularly review performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements
Job Requirements:
Freshers with bachelor degree holders are welcome to apply.
Candidates with previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate applications are encouraged to apply too.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain organized records.
Familiarity with real estate listing platforms (e.g., PropertyFinder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Booking.com, Airbnb) is an added advantage.
