Job description
About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 700+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Fujairah, and Armenia, with Abu Dhabi and Riyadh opening next. We leverage a modern technology stack to streamline operations, enhance guest experience, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Recruitment Specialist to own hiring across the Deluxe Homes Group end to end — from housekeepers, technicians and drivers to customer support, finance, technology and branch supervisors. You are the single point of
accountability for keeping every vacancy moving: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and a clean handover to onboarding.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator role. We need someone who makes routine decisions — which channel to use, which candidates reach the hiring manager, when to switch on an agency — and reports after, not someone who escalates and waits. If a housekeeping shift is short next Monday, you already have three vetted candidates ready.
Note: This role does not include HR administration (visas, payroll, employee relations). Those sit with the HR team — your job is filling seats with the right people, fast.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
• Run every vacancy end to end: intake with the hiring manager, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination, and handover to onboarding.
• Own time-to-fill per role and keep a live pipeline for every open position — no vacancy sits without movement for more than a week.
• Conduct structured phone and in-person screenings against the role profile before any candidate reaches a manager.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah and Armenia.
• Report pipeline numbers weekly (roles open, candidates sourced, interviews held, offers out) — in the tracker, not from memory.
2. Sourcing & Channels
• Source actively on LinkedIn, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and niche channels — direct outreach, not just posting and waiting.
• Keep the careers page (jobs.deluxehomes.com) postings current, accurate and closed when filled.
• Build and maintain a warm candidate bench for our recurring roles: housekeeping, maintenance technicians, drivers, guest support.
• Run the employee referral channel and keep it visible to staff.
• Manage recruitment agencies for hard-to-fill roles: brief them tightly, hold them to deadlines, and cut the ones that underdeliver.
3. Volume & Specialist Hiring
• Deliver blue-collar volume hiring (housekeepers, cleaners, technicians, drivers) at pace and to standard — including batch interview days.
• Fill office and specialist roles: customer support, reservations, finance, marketing, technology, and branch supervisors.
• Support branch hiring for Fujairah and Sharjah, and coordinate Armenia vacancies with the local HR Manager.
• Screen for our non-negotiables: initiative, fast learning, and delivered outcomes — not just years on a CV.
• Enforce the application screening question on every role and filter on it before reviewing CVs.
4. Process, Records & Candidate Experience
• Complete reference checks before any offer is requested — no exceptions.
• Keep complete, accurate recruitment records: every role, every candidate, every decision traceable.
• Give every candidate a clear, respectful process — timely updates, honest rejections; they are also future guests and owners.
• Prepare offer requests with full details (role, salary, start date, conditions) for HR Manager and management approval.
• Improve the process every month: where candidates drop off, which channels convert, what to change next.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment in the UAE at a 100–500 person company — hospitality, property, facilities or similar operational business preferred.
• Proven track record hiring BOTH blue-collar volume roles and office/specialist roles — you can name your numbers: roles filled, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn sourcing and UAE job boards (Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent); you source directly, not only post-and-pray.
• Structured screener — you interview against a profile and can defend every shortlist decision.
• Decisive operator — you make calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers.
• AI tools used daily for sourcing, screening and outreach (ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn AI). Not optional in 2026.
• UAE residency. On-site in Dubai 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00 — this is not a hybrid or remote role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, holiday-homes or property-management hiring background.
• Experience running an ATS and keeping it clean.
• Additional sourcing languages for our candidate pools: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog or Russian.
• Familiarity with UAE visa categories and MOHRE basics (offer-stage awareness; processing sits with HR).
• UAE university graduate (UOWD, AUD, AUS, Heriot-Watt Dubai, or similar).
What We Offer
• Full ownership of recruitment across a 700+ property, ~230-person group — your results are visible every week.
• Direct access to the HR Manager and company leadership — decisions get made, not queued.
• Professional development support. 6-month probation per UAE Labour Law. UAE employment visa sponsored.
