Deluxe Homes L.L.C (Yerevan, Armenia) is a distinguished IT subsidiary-company of a Dubai-based, leading vacation rentals operator - Deluxe Holiday Homes™ (www.deluxehomes.ae).

At Deluxe Holiday Homes we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer to join our marketing team in the holiday homes industry. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and search-optimized content that attracts travelers, improves organic visibility, and supports direct bookings through our website and digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Strategy

• Write compelling, informative, and persuasive content for blog posts, landing pages, destination guides, and property descriptions.

• Develop content around hospitality-related topics such as local attractions, travel tips, seasonal activities, events, and guest experiences (both in English and Russian).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals and campaigns.

• Identify content gaps and opportunities to attract new audiences and improve search rankings.
  

SEO Optimization and Local SEO

• Conduct keyword research relevant to the hospitality industry and specific locations of holiday homes.

• Optimize content for search engines using on-page SEO best practices (headers, metadata, internal links, keyword placement, image alt text).

• Write effective meta titles and descriptions to improve click-through rates.
  Create geo-targeted content to boost visibility in local searches (e.g., “holiday homes in [location]” or “best restaurants near [property name]”).

  Content Maintenance

• Maintain and update SEO Guidelines documentation to be followed by content and development teams.

• Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as an SEO content writer, (nice to have within the hospitality, travel)

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt tone for different audiences

• Excellent writing, grammar, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail (allowed to use ChatGPT or AI tools with mandatory use of plagiarism and AI detection tools (e.g.,Originality.ai, Grammarly))

• Proficiency in English and Russian (knowledge of Arabic language will be a great plus)
