As part of our international expansion and growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen our Business Development team with a dedicated SDR / Researcher. This role is essential in building the foundation for new partnerships, ensuring accurate prospect data, and supporting our closers with high-quality lead generation.

About the role

The SDR / Researcher will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate, high-quality prospect databases across multiple business streams. The role requires strong research skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, data-driven manner. Success in this position will directly impact the company’s ability to scale partnerships with agents, service providers, and international travel trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Research & List Building

Identify, research, and compile prospect lists across three core streams:

Agents (landlord referral channel): UAE brokerage firms, RERA-licensed agents, and independent brokers.

Guest-related partners: concierge firms, DMCs, TMCs, relocation companies, and corporate travel partners.

Landlord-related partners: trustees, owner associations, property management firms, and relevant service providers.

  • Data Enrichment & Validation

    • Verify and enrich contact information for decision-makers (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles).

    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all entries to reduce bounce rates and wasted outreach.

  • CRM Management

    • Maintain strict discipline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring all data is up-to-date, tagged correctly, and aligned with BD campaign needs.

    • Support in building outbound campaigns and sequences by preparing validated lead lists.

  • Market Insights & Reporting

    • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities.

    • Share insights with the BD team on new partner categories or regions of opportunity.

    • Provide weekly reports on lead volume, list quality, and sourcing progress.

  • BD Team Support

    • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align research with outreach priorities.

    • Assist in meeting-setting by ensuring decision-maker data is reliable and actionable.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in research, list building, or lead generation roles.

  • Strong command of Arabic and English; Russian language is a plus (for CIS market sourcing).

  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or other leading CRM platforms.

  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other prospecting platforms.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high volumes of validated data consistently.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
