Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Partnership Agent to lead our broker and agency relationship initiatives. This role is critical in building and nurturing a strong network of real estate professionals to drive consistent landlord lead generation. You will represent Deluxe Holiday Homes in the real estate ecosystem and play a key role in driving business through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and develop a network of real estate brokers and agencies across Dubai.

  • Effectively communicate Deluxe’s value proposition, service offerings, and commission structure to broker partners.

  • Organize and host broker engagement activities, presentations, and regular communication updates.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all broker-related inquiries and relationship management.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of broker-sourced leads, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization of the partnership program.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate partnerships, brokerage, or business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.

  • Event coordination or broker engagement experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and reporting.

  • Fluent in English & Arabic

  • Comfortable with frequent online meetings

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active and engaged broker partnerships.

  • Volume of landlord leads generated through the broker network.

  • Conversion rate and ROI of broker-sourced leads.
