Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic Partnership Manager to lead our broker and agency relationship initiatives. This role is critical in building and nurturing a strong network of real estate professionals to drive consistent landlord lead generation. You will represent Deluxe Holiday Homes in the real estate ecosystem and play a key role in driving business through strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and develop a network of real estate brokers and agencies across Dubai.
Effectively communicate Deluxe’s value proposition, service offerings, and commission structure to broker partners.
Organize and host broker engagement activities, including events, presentations, and regular communication updates.
Represent Deluxe at industry events, real estate expos, and developer meet-ups to strengthen broker relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all broker-related inquiries and relationship management.
Monitor and report on the performance of broker-sourced leads, ensuring accurate tracking and optimization of the partnership program.
Job requirements
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate partnerships, brokerage, or business development.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain B2B relationships.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
Event coordination or broker engagement experience is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and reporting.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Based in Dubai and comfortable with frequent in-person meetings and event attendance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of active and engaged broker partnerships.
Volume of landlord leads generated through the broker network.
Conversion rate and ROI of broker-sourced leads.
