As we expand our global reach, we are building an international network of travel trade and concierge partners to bring guests from across the world to Dubai and beyond. To spearhead this effort, we are seeking a Travel Trade & Concierge Partnerships Manager (Corporate Partnership Manager) who will own the Partner Portal initiative within our PMS, ensuring partner onboarding, enablement, and long-term success.


The Travel Trade & Concierge Partnerships Manager (Corporate Partnership Manager) will lead the identification, contracting, and activation of international travel and concierge partners. You will be the key driver behind growing guest bookings from B2B channels, managing everything from negotiations and onboarding to live support and training.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll build and scale partnerships, ensure they generate bookings, and continuously optimize the partner experience to drive recurring business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development

    • Identify, approach, and sign international travel agencies, DMCs, TMCs, concierge firms, relocation companies, and corporate travel partners.

    • Negotiate commercial agreements including net rates and commission structures.

    • Ensure partners are activated quickly to their first booking.

  • Partner Enablement & Training

    • Own the Partner Portal module in the PMS: manage setup, onboarding, and activation flows.

    • Deliver training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one enablement to partner teams.

    • Create and maintain enablement materials (guides, FAQs, presentations).

  • Ongoing Partner Success

    • Provide end-to-end partner support, including HubSpot Live Chat interactions.

    • Track partner performance and identify opportunities to increase booking volume.

    • Build strong, long-term relationships that foster trust and repeat business.

  • Performance & Reporting

    • Monitor KPIs such as number of activated partners, time-to-first booking, and revenue contribution.

    • Report regularly on progress and suggest initiatives to optimize partner output

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in travel trade, DMC/TMC contracting, concierge, or hotel partnerships.

  • Strong business development and sales background with a track record of closing and activating partnerships.

  • Fluent in English; Russian strongly preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of commission agreements, net rates, and contracting processes.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable running webinars and trainings.

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and partner/booking platforms.
